At Playful Globe, we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely and thoughtfully packed. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your items ship.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During busy seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.

We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Packaging

We do our best to use thoughtful, minimal, and planet-minded packaging whenever possible. Your order may arrive in recycled or recyclable materials as part of our effort to reduce waste.


Delays or Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or seems to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help make it right. While we can’t control shipping carriers, we care deeply about your experience.
